Luxury 3 bedroom static caravan approximately 1 mile from the village on one of the highest crofts in Gairloch, with magnificent sweeping views overlooking the beach, Badachro and over to the Cuillin Hills on the Isle of Skye.

The site is very private and has no through traffic and offers a peaceful relaxing holiday location for those who enjoy walking, fishing, wildlife and sightseeing.

There is wooden decking down the whole length of the caravan with a 5m x 4m area at the front of the caravan which has a bench table where you can enjoy your breakfast, evening meal or barbeque whilst admiring the spectacular view. If you would prefer not to cook, there are several local hotels and restaurants in and around the village which serve excellent meals either for sit in or take away.

The caravan has double glazing, electric heating throughout, a combi boiler for hot water and shower and has internet access.

The spacious and comfortable accommodation comprises –
Lounge – Flat screen TV with Free Satt, recordable DVD player, CD radio micro system with ipod docking station and electric coal effect fire.
Kitchen/Dining room – Full size gas cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Toilet – Large shower cubicle.
Bedrooms – Sleeps up to 6 guests - 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

All bed linen, towels, dishtowels etc arel included.
Gas is included in the price but electricity is payable by meter which takes £1 or £2 coins.

Smoke and heat alarms, co2 alarms, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are provided for your safety.
There are up to date gas safety and electrical safety certificates..

There is loads of private parking space.
There is a summer house next to the caravan where jackets, boots, cases etc can be left.
It has a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and ironing board and stores such things as deck chairs and BBQs. There is also a flat screen TV with Free Satt and Playstation 3 where the kids can relax and give you some peace.

The caravan provides an excellent base from which to explore the splendour of this region – from the fishing port of Ullapool in the north - through the Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve, fringed by Loch Maree and Torridon – to Kyle of Lochalsh in the south where the new road bridge gives access to the Isle of Skye.
World famous, the Tropical Garden Centre at Inverewe is only 7 miles away and the Gairloch Heritage Museum too is well worth a visit.

The more energetic can enjoy the many activities available locally.
These include several clean sandy beaches, canoeing, sailing, abseiling, boat trips, mountain biking, climbing, hill walking, loch and sea fishing, pony trecking, an excellent 9 hole golf course, indoor swimming pool at Poolewe as well as the many facilities such as fitness suite badminton, table tennis and climbing wall etc on offer at the Gairloch Leisure Centre.
Fly fishing on many lochs and rivers is available at modest cost..
