This luxury caravan is beautifully situated on the grounds of Waterside, Birse, just two miles from Aboyne, in Royal Deeside.

The area is noted for its spectacular scenery.  Glen Muick, Loch Muick and Lochnagar make up a nature reserve.  Here there is a visitor centre, red deer reserve and many walks including the ascent of Lochnager.

The Cairngorm Mountains provide the walker, climber, cyclist and skier with some of the finest opportunities for outdoor recreation in Scotland.

Other activities well catered for in the area include off road driving, fishing, golfing, pony trekking, orienteering, hill walking, shooting, mountain biking, hang gliding, and waterskiing.

Within easy reach is Queen Victoria’s beloved Balmoral Castle, a favoured retreat of the Royal Family.  Nearby is Crathie Church where the Royal Family attends services when residing at Balmoral.

So too is the famous village of Braemar, best known for the ‘Braemar Gathering’ held on the first Saturday in September each year and normally attended by members of the Royal Family.
